Q1. Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. What is the minimum quantity request?

A: 1pc for sample checking is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q5: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new items with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the products?

Yes,we have tow way to add logo,one is laser logo image on the surface of jewelry,but need there is enough spece to laser the logo.another is to add one small logo tag in the end of the chain,needs there is chain in the products or can add chain in the products.
The other Products can print logo or engrave logo, Usually required to meet minimum order quantity.

Q7. Can you do customized designs?

Yes we can do customized designs,you need communicate with our sales about how you do it in detail,incluiding

1,photo or draft for well discribe the item you need,the more clear the better

2,Product type(aroma jewelry / paper diffuser / perfumable ceramic / candle jars etc.)

3,Product color

4,size (normally length,width or thickness depends on the design)

5,logo and clear photo for logo

6,package(we pack individually with no logo package if without your special request)
